Eat Like Nicole Challenge Day Four

Fourth day!

 

Wake-up 5:00 am

Husband started to snore last night so that was not a great night.

 

I was hoping to sleep until 6.


Breakfast

cup of decaffeinated tea, black16 oz of water 

 

First Workout

7:00 am

28 min Supersets

25 HIIT

1 minute walk 3.0 mph

1 minute sprint 8.0 mph - 9.4 mph
 

 

I closed my exercise circle before 8:00 am

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meal One

12:30 am Breakfast Hash about a 1/4 of this dish(I ran out of bacon)

 

 

 

 

Meal Two

3:30 Sausage Kale Soup

 

 

Restorative 

6:00 pm Restorative Yoga

 

 

Meal Three

8:30 Leftovers

 

 

 

 

10:30 pm bedtime

 

 

 

My  legs are feeling very different. Usually my left leg drags occasionally but not feeling any of that on the treadmill today.
