Wake-up 5:30 am
A training session this morning means an extra early wake-up for my favorite fasting workout.

1 min walk 3.0 mph
1 min sprint 7.5 - 9.0 mph
for 25 minutes
11:30 am Breakfast Hash, 2 pieces of sugar free bacon, butternut squash soup, and turmeric tea
1:30 45 minute nap
2:45 pm 4.5 mile run
7:30 Leftovers and I was starving
10:30 pm bedtime
I was so hungry today, probably, because I of my workouts.
My second run felt great. I am running out of food and had to stop off at the market to replenish some supplies. I still have chicken vegetables and squash soup left.
